The programme intends to explore the gospel music world and showcase same with the aim of promoting excellence in the production of music within the gospel hip hop/R n B scene through Radio but, on like other traditional radio shows where music is just played. On this show every song played is discussed and critically analyze to improve appreciation among listeners.
The mode of presentation is by a simple, well-expressed and elegant language that endears the programme to its listening audience. And every episode of the show will be guided by a topic under discussion chosen from a wide variety of issue(s) affecting the youths such as lifestyle, sex, drugs, relationships and the faith. All songs played on each show are well chosen to suite the topic under review.
It’s a 1hr show divided into three (3) segments –first 30minutes is for Song Plays and Analyses, the next 15minutes is for Artist Profile, while the last 15minutes is the Underground Segment for playing new music as well as where songs from local and upcoming artist is played as well as news, reviews and updates.
The last show for the month is the Holy hip hop game show, designed to reward our listeners. Is for the same period of time, it will be divided into four segments of 15minutes each – Lion heart, Flashback, Riddle, and the Official segments with each having four questions for listeners to call in and provide answers to win various prizes.
The end result which is an effort of a team of media experts will ensure that the programme is a must listened for every family.
